My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Another Xmas beaded hanging finished

My best quilting friend so admired the one I finished for the neighbor kids that I decided to do another just for her. The first was horizontal and this one is vertical. I still used the blocks from Piece O' Cake's book "Welcome to the North Pole" but then just threw stuff at the design wall till I came up with this. I enjoy applique and beading so this soothes my creative itch. I hope she likes it.
