Mine the cover deteriorated and wanna use it fro sort of a greenhouse.During past two summers put "hail netting" over it.

Thought about using Handy Panels from TSC and putting the glass in between to support it. or cattle panels cut to length.Tieng the panels at each end. Heck might get carried away and frame a door way with it too..Cut it in an peaked "pieces and wire it up. Who know? thanks all

you could screw 1x boards to the steel tubes, place the glass up against the board, and screw another board on top of the glass through the board that's attached to the steel tube, like a glass sandwich along the edges of the glass. the batten screws will go between the glass panels. research how polycarbonate is attached to greenhouses.

You might be able to use rubber grommets or vinyl washers and self tapping sheet metal screws to attach polycarbonate panels to the steel tube. The grommets would go between the screw head and the poly and between the poly and the steel. Predrill the holes in the poly. Attach the panels overlapped like siding. Run boards across the arches to attach to?

I was looking into building a steel tube high tunnel green house and most of the components are fastened to the steel with self tapping screws.

Have you tried talking to your local glass company? Usually they install storefronts and they may have the extrusions that you need. Just ask them if they have parts to build a storefront. Tammy

We, today, before heavy rain framed up an existing Hoop house that was previously attached cattle panels arched only with T posts and heavy,wired).

It was hard to do as he had to pull up those 4 T posts on each side. first. Then temp put a short rebar in ground to keep the arch from "unspringing" and moving. Then prop up a little and nail on the 1 1/2 " fencing staples. from outside the structure. Reaching thru the cattle panels . But to finish it better I need to empty the "dirt" out of the one or two raised bed bins. Each end of the 2 by 6 laid sides on their sides has an angle on each end .. Unfortunately back in the spring when I had a guy helping me for the day ..Had no wood or staples... so settled for that way since growing season was a coming on fast...and didn't look for my You tube Prepper plans, I had bought and printed out.

cause the 10 lengths would run with the corrugations side to side .. Instead of vertical. better drainage, he usually has good ideas.
