Vanity tower on smaller vanity

I love this pic I found on houzz. (Attached) my contractor said he can build me a small cabinet (12 inches wide) and recess it so it will only stick into the vanity a few inches. then I will have room to put 2 16 in mirrors on each side. But I’m not sure if it’s going to look too cramped for the 60 inch space. everything would be on a smaller scale hen what the pic shows. I would have 2 1/2 inches from cabinet to sink handles if I off center The sink by 1/2 inch.

You need A 72” vanity to even think about a tower. 60” is almost too small for 2 sinks. It’s better as 1 sink, with more storage. Especially if you’re thinking of adding a tower. 2 sinks detracts from the value storage more than it adds appeal to have a double vanity.

It sounds cramped to me. Is there another solution for what you would put in this skinny cabinet?

Was thinking of putting power in it and having tooth brushes and stuff like that. my alternative is 2 recessed medicine cabinets.

Thanks, the 2 sinks are already there I’m just replacing the vanity and countertop.

I absolutely vote for 2 recessed mirrored medicine cabinets!! That would be what I'd have if I were redoing my bathroom. I currently have an entire wall of mirror, which is useless for storage. Go for it!

We had a center tower on a 72” vanity before, opted for 2 large recessed medicine cabinets for renovation.

We have a center tower on 92” vanity. I feel like it would be way too cramped on your 60” vanity. If you choose 2 mirrored medicine cabinets with power inside, you can charge your toothbrushes in there.
