My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I wish everyone in my rose family a peaceful and tasty and happy Thanksgiving!


I have neglected my house so much that I have been spending days and days cleaning and getting ready for Thanksgiving with friends and family. And I am missing being here!

    Happy Thanksgiving all!



    I’m at my Mom’s house in N. CA, she made this bouquet out of what’s blooming in her own garden. Secret, Peace, First Prize roses with Bird of Paradise, Garvinea Daisy, and Kaffir Lime leaves.


    My mom has a peacock that visits every day. His name is Mr P. Lucky for him he is not a turkey!
