Momofthreema Kitchen Reveal :)

Hi Friends,
First I want to say a gigantic thank you to everyone on these boards who offered me feedback throughout my kitchen renovation process. I have what some would call a major case of “analysis paralysis”, so having lots of opinions helping to shape my decision making process is actually super helpful!
We are so happy with the finished product. This is the third major project that we have done with our general contractor and though he came in higher than our other bid, the workmanship is incredible and we know they will stand behind their work, which is worth the extra costs.
We are loving the Bosch 800 appliances, the induction cooktop is a dream, and I love the double ovens, especially the convection.
This is kitchen is truly a game changer for our family.
So...without further ado...here are the before and after shots :)

With Immense Gratitude, Mom

Beautiful transformation! I like the dining area very much, too. And with the lovely decorations, you're ready for the holidays!

Very nice! I recall seeing posts when you were deciding on tile and paint selections. What did you end up going with for both? I have a similar tone counter and I am trying to decide on both myself. Happy Holidays in your lovely new kitchen!

A T, We went with Jeffrey Court atlas field tile in Riverwash and BM Balboa mist got the paint.

Yes, I agree - warm and inviting. Also love your xmas decorations.

Amazing transformation. Your kitchen and dinning area are just delightful. My favorite is the 3 windows with the wreaths and snowy background. I can just see you and your kids baking Christmas cookies in it. Enjoy it.

It's beautiful. Just curious..what was the final cost?

Rachel, I am a nut about finances, so I have it all broken down. We live in MA, so the cost of labor is insane and took up almost 2/3 of our budget.
General Contractor(incl. plumbing, heating, electrical, hvac, hardwood, demo, new support beam, cabinet install and trim)
    78k
    Cabinets
    29k
    Counters
    8k
    Tile
    700
    Paint
    2k
    Chandelier
    200
    Hardware
    400
    Kraus Sinks/faucets
    1100
Appliances(Bosch 800 double ovens, 36 inch induction cooktop, fridge...we already had a dishwasher)
    8k
So, all in it was about 127k

The backsplash pairs very well with the color of your countertops. Your kitchen looks great!

Beautiful! I have some questions about dimensions. What is the length of the wall with the range (from corner to outside edge)? From the range wall to the outside edge of fridge? What is the length of your island? (And what is on the side of the island facing the sink?) Finally, what clearances do you have around the island? Thank you!

_lmnop, This schematic has all of the specifics. We did 42 inches from countertop to countertop and it’s plenty of room for two of us to cook and move comfortably. My husband is 6’2” and is very sensitive to having enough space to work :)

Thank you! I'm sure you are looking forward to celebrating the holidays in your new kitchen. :-)

So beautiful!! I have similar tastes and get to begin my remodel soon. You're an inspiration!

Would love to know which white color you used for your cabinets and trim and is that a white oak floor? What stain/finish did you use? BEAUTIFUL!
