No experience with these two but test the white colors you're considering and make sure they have no pink or yellow hue in the kind of light you have in your kitchen. You can usually buy a small test jar of paint -- worth the cost to not make a mistake.

On my computer screen, the White Dove appears to be more white than the Shinnoki Milk (which appears to have a hint of pink). What either will look like in your kitchen with its natural and artificial light and any other wood or paint colors -- cabinets, walls, flooring, backsplash, countertop -- and your personal preference matters most.

My personal preference would be white that hints of blue or gray rather than either hints of yellow or pink.
