My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Corrugated siding .. .

Is the rusted siding just standard corrugated metal? Was it non-galvanized or was it treated to the red rust look?

    We used Cor-10 on the house. Was not pre-rusted. Cold rolled steel will give the same look for cheaper, but will bleed more and eventually rust through. Cor-10 performs better, but is more expensive.
