Hinge replacement advice

We are currently updating our home which was built in the 1990’s. The patio doors are by Pella and I’m updating the hardware from polished brass to matte black. I discovered that the hinges have non-standard dimensions of 4” x 3-3/4”. Pella has discontinued the hinge and I can’t seem to find any door hinges with these specific dimensions.
Does anyone have some advice or suggestions for a possible solution? We already have the new knobs and deadbolts. I’m just at a loss on what to do about these hinges. I’ve included a photo of the current hinges for context. Thank you!
