Oakslesly -- Check the ph of your soil and water, and see what rootstock Palatine is using these days.

If, like most of Ventura Co., your conditions are alkaline, Multiflora is not the best rootstock for you.

I do see Soeur Emmanuelle in stock at Heirloom Roses. It doesn’t look like they have Chartreuse de Parme, though.

Angel gardens is listed on hmf as carrying them both. I would give them a call and see if they have them in stock.
