Should my new replacement windows be double 2 pane or triple 3 pane?

Replacing two large front windows (94"x60") for the front of my house. New windows will be black exterior casement. Should my new windows be double 2 pane or triple 3 pane????
Originally I was going to do triple 3 pane windows with all three window panes equal width across. However, after walking my dog and observing other windows in my neighborhood I have noticed that a lot of people or new construction homes are doing two panes equal width. Which do you all prefer better? Please help! Two or three pane?
