My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

side and cocktail ideas welcomed

I have a Stickley settle and Matching love seat. I prefer to mix it up a bit in my mountain home and looking for ideas. I’d prefer not to add any more arts & crafts or prairie style furniture and want the GS couches to feel more rustic than FLW inspired. walls and silk drapery are SW Repose Grey. I’m thinking at first I just need a cocktail table and maybe can use the arm rests for a book and a beverage. The living room space is on the right side of the plan. The fireplace bisects the space. The dining room is on the left. I have my tables and chairs purchased, photos in my ideabook. Thanks all!
