My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

How is the cooktop vented?

    This is a JennAir cooktop with a downdraft vent system.

    I just found the model number: JGD3430BS. Whenever an exhaust system makes a turn, efficiency is reduced. In this case, there is only one elbow in the ducting, and the distance to the exterior is also not too far.
