DH and I have “retired“ to the mountains. I lasted a few months and then had to get a job and get out and about. I started part-time and somehow got promoted to one of the management positions. It‘s a big change for me as it is a retail company. Which means I spend most of the day on my feet on hard floors. So I started using a foot powder to help with the achy and sweaty feet! I noticed that the foot powder stays in the socks even after a washing. I currently have a simple Kenmore FL that I thought did a pretty good job, but I guess not. I put on a pair yesterday and see the white residue left over in the socks. Will soaking help? Or is there maybe something I should add to the cycle? I usually use Tide Pur for my clothes and that’s about it.
