help on choosing furniture

we recently purchased 4 thousand dollars worth of catnapper reclining sofas ...sadly they have been absolute nightmares...we have had to have e them repaired for the recliner legs twisting and breaking 7x in under 1 yr. we are taking the hit and just chucking them..we save for over 4 yrs to buy them and are now in the process of saving again. we thought the catnapper would be a long term investment and. ow we are angry and terrified to invest in another expensive set. we have a long bowling alley living room with an off center fireplace and two doors making furniture placement awkward...we have decided to do 2 recliners and 1 reclining sofa ... we have 2 large dogs so leather is a must and it has to stand up to their romping... capacity of 750 lbs min...we dont want a bunch of bells and whistles... push back is fine... 8 way hand tied and made in the usa is preferred if we do stationary sofa in the end... the recliners need to be heavy duty and sturdy but sleek and transitional or traditional in style...I am disabled and often sleep in the recliners for days on end. sturdy is the name of the game and lasting...suggestions? we are willing to spend 4k again. attached is a photo and process sheet of the ones we bought ( we customized both the sofa and loveseat so it was 4k in the end) and we HATE them..also attached is 3 pics of styles we like.
