Kitchen looks to be in the perfect location.

It is unlikely you would be able to change plumbing in an apartment but the kitchen is fine where it is. How often do you entertain? How many people need eating space on a daily basis? If it was my space I would do a counter height bar the same length as the kitchen counter add overhang on the LR and use stools for seating it would then give you twice the counter space and also seating for a few people for dinner.

Hi Rinq, I am unable to post the full plan at the moment, the space uploaded is what I'm working with, I can relocate the kitchen to another area of the space if need be. What isnt working is the feeling of walking straight into furniture upon entering or seen the cooking area directly upon entering. So any ideas are appreciated

How far up is the window sill next to the kitchen? Over 90cms/3' or less?

And 'rental' as in it's not yours? Or yours but rent out?

Bar seating for dining doesn’t work because, in my world, conversation is best when face-to-face.
In a rental, the only “renovating” available is rearranging the furniture. If you want to block the view of the kitchen as the first space seen from the entry, I would consider using a folding screen.

no the bathroom is good. But the plan is quite basic. bathroom behind kitchen, bedroom behind bathroom.

Just an idea. Single sink and 24" appliances (induction cooktop, combination oven, range hood and fridge). Tucked away the fridge, but also added a closet/pantry/storage. 3' sill is fine, use laminate counters and add the sill to the depth of it (one piece). No upper cabinets, 36" drawer cabinet inbetween sink and oven, instead of a dish washer.

I love it. yup this does it for me. I would add some type of floor to ceiling divider between the couch and kitchen cabinet. Will focus on getting the appropriate furniture. Great Job Rinq!

I like the look of mid century, would definitely look into white as on option, definitely like the shape of the furniture.I want to rent it furnished. I live in Barbados
