Yes, white. Especially if you’re keeping the blue walls.

Thanks! I was leaning towards white just wanted more opinions; we are keeping the blue; it’s lighter than it looks in the picture. Same white as what we paint the trim? Also do I paint the wood ceiling the same white as the tri?

If you are getting an unfinished vanity in nice wood you might consider a wood stain. Using those polyurathane and stain in one like Minwax Polyshades is almost easier than paint. Yes it takes a couple coats before it looks good, but to get a nice white without the grain bleeding through you need a good primer like Kilz and a couple coats of paint. You need a good tough finish on bathroom cabinets. Learn from my mistakes, do a good job prepping and priming. I think matching the white trim would be the safest bet but a dark wood stain or the now trendy navy could look good.
