Your fridge and range are too far apart, and the island is a barrier between them. You might consider moving the range to the back wall, between windows, and put the clean-up zone on the side. A prep sink on the island would allow you to work with a view to the dining area, and would keep the prep and cooking on one side, with clean-up in a convenient area for helpers to load or unload the DW, or gather dishes to set the table, without entering the other work zones. I extended the island, to give you more landing space in front of the wall ovens.

If you want to keep the sink on the window wall, move the fridge to the same wall as the range, and switch the DW to the right, to keep it out of the prep zone. The area vacated by the fridge becomes landing space for the ovens.

Thanks for the ideas. We really did want the sink in the front. It was something we did tell the architect.

It does limit our options

I agree with mama goose about moving the fridge to the range wall. I would probably also get rid of the nook where your fridge and microwave is right now and put an access into your pantry from there. Id put your microwave in the island or in an upper cabinet, The nook seems uneccesary to me with the amount of space you have and I personally would probably prefer a easier access to the pantry.

You could move the wall oven to the back wall, then have a door to the pantry from the kitchen, as AFritzler suggests. The small area to the right of the door could be used as a coffee station or wine bar.
