In Canada Miele has it 10% off and 5 year warranty promotion until end of January. We are getting the induction cooktop, wall oven and combi steam oven but it applies to all appliances. I haven’t heard good things about their gas cooktops though and probably the ranges aren’t great either

There's no such package. A company that makes a good range may make the worst dishwasher. Or good ovens and lousy fridges. Don't do it.

I do a lot of appliance pricing & shopping online at US Appliance.

Does one add value by this:

a microwave drawer vs building in a traditional door type? no. Save $1k.

Dishwashers over $1k? hmmm.

$300 disposals vs $150 1hp Waste King? unlikely.

Depends on market value of your home.commercial style? over the range micros are not acceptable in higher ranges.

In Consumer Reports predicted reliability ratings, Viking appliances were rated "poor" -- dead last -- in every category measured (built-in refrigerators, dishwashers, pro ranges, and electric wall ovens) and "fair" in gas cook tops.

BlueStar range, Ventahood vent, Bosch DW, SubZero fridge. Or Bosch induction and wall ovens if you want electric. That’s a capable and attractive workhorse of a kitchen. Viking is a sucker’s zero Googleability research kitchen.
