It's normal to see suds during the clean cycle when a machine has built-up soap residue. Maybe run a second clean cycle and see if the suds disappear or are less. Does your washer have an odor between cycles?

One tablespoon of detergent is pretty minimal so that makes me wonder if your washer is rinsing adequately. Do you normally see any suds during the final rinse? If you do, I suggest adding an extra rinse to your cycles.

I see suds during machine clean cycles and figure it is from the one Tablespoon of oxygen bleach I use for that cleaning cycle.

Mine does the same thing. Electrolux.

After cleaning, I run the separate rinse cycle until the drum is suds free. I think its just a build up of soap.
