How many inches inside the legs

Hello
I want to utilize the space between (inside) the right & left legs, I would like to store my laundry sorter underneath the rack itself, could you tell me how many inches this would be? I should also mention I will likely contact you for an order with wheels, would the space I’m inquiring about remain the same?

    Hi,


    Thank you for your interest in our products! This design with wheels or flange feet will have the same distance between the vertical pipes. The overall height of the two is different though. The wheel rack is a little shorter. The space between the vertical pipes is approx 44".
