New stains on clothes after washing/drying help

After washing and drying my clothes I am getting these stains all over. I can't figure out what is going on. I use Tide pods with oxyclean, I did the self-clean on the dryer, and my clothes are relatively clean when washing them. Any ideas/help would be appreciated. Stains are shown on the attached pictures.

"These stains" is kinda non-specific. There are no pictures.

No info on what kind of washer, brand and model.
