I would skip on the fireplace, it will only block the view and that is the only area of the house you can make an outdoor gathering area if anything I would make that porch area covered or a nice trellis over it.

Have you thought about placing the FP at the end of the porch outside the Mast. Bedroom? Is there enough room for seating space? I feel like the current location of the FP blocks your view of the pool etc.
