Last fall I posted questions about harvesting rose hips here and flowersaremusic and I talked about posting our progress, so this is my progress report. :-)

I've had the seeds stored in my frig after harvesting them in the fall. Over the weekend I got them cleaned and put in winter sowing jugs, so we'll see what happens in a couple months! I suspect many of the seeds might not have been ripe but what do I have to lose?

I had already deadheaded most of my plants before I decided to try this so I only have seeds from Earth Song and Easy Does It. I also had some from Rainbow Sorbet but they must've gotten thrown away because I couldn't find them anywhere.
