Chinese product. How do I know? I looked at the 'certifications' (the ACTUAL certificate...it lists the location of the manufacturer).

Look at the price tag. If these floors were made in Canada or the USA, they would be very close to $12/sf. If the price is 'too good to be true' then it probably is. It's your call.

@The_Lane_Duo Thanks for the reply. We met with our designer today to pick our flooring, and one of the Lifecore floorings was our favorite. Came home to research it, and can’t find much. But she has used it in other houses recently with great success, but its only been a few months.

We have Lifecore engineered hardwood in Abela Oak Rich Request and we love it. We have a lab who is always running on it, and it has been bulletproof without a scratch. Installed in August 2019. We have about 1700 sq ft of it on a slab.

@Amy Henry we chose the Bliss Oak in Light House. It came down to that or the New Dawn, I’ll try to remember to post a pic when it is installed.

We are in the middle of installing Lifecore flooring in Arden Hickory (Always). I

love it. There is absolutely no odor associated with it Which is a big plus for me. So far I am very happy with it.

For those that have used Lifecore, are you enjoying them? Building new home and ready for floor purchase...looking at the Lifecore Allegra Refresh.

@Missy J We love ours. No complaints at all. I was prepared for scratching and other issues, but it has been great so far and still looks brand new.

We are looking at the h2ome product now that we couldn’t find and LVP

After a year and a half of searching for flooring, bringing home probably 40 to 50 samples, while living through major home renovation, and trying to find something in my budget, I finally took the leap and am having Lifecore h2ome light source installed in a week. It is a light beige/brown with grey tones which is what I wanted. Can't go back now but I am still second guessing my decision. But then I also changed my mind on baseboards 3 times so..... I will post pictures when completed. I really wanted Raintree but the available colors didn't work for me. This product looks basically identical, (very thin) wood veneer the same depth and a sample of each clicked together perfectly. Just very strange that there is hardly any information about this product. Fingers crossed...

HI Susannah, I just had the flooring installed less than a week ago. I still haven't even moved back in most of my furniture and i have no table or floor lamps plugged back in so please excuse the sparse decor and some pictures are kind of dark as a couple of the pictures were taken at evening. I am a bit frustrated because most of these pictures show the flooring darker than it really is. It isn't orangey at all. I think the picture that shows the front blue door looking into the house probably has the most accurate coloring of the floor. but it does vary with the lighting and the time of day. The colors are light beige, fawn, light brown and greys all blended together, which ends up looking really neutral, similar to the Studio McGee floors or scandinavian flooring. It does have more variance than I wanted but I don't even notice that after only a week and I have very little furniture in the house so it probably will be even less apparent. The H2ome Lightsource is not wire brushed so it is much smoother than alot of the floors that I looked at (and I looked at ALOT of floors) which, again, is what I wanted. Didn't want to worry about splinters or dirt getting trapped in the raised grain. It is a pretty clear floor, not a lot of knots so not rustic, almost a select grade floor, which, once again, is what I was looking for.

I had my son, daughter, spouses, 2 toddlers, a 4 year old and a 7 year over this past weekend and it was chaos and toys everywhere. Floors still look perfect. But realistically it has only been a week. I will update in a couple months. My friend just installed the Raintree First Flurry which is BEAUTIFUL. Just a bit too brown for what I wanted for my home but I would have been happy with it if I had picked it. The H2ome lightsource is pretty much exactly the color I wanted, however. Comparing the samples of the H2Home and Raintree that I brought home, they were pretty much identical in structure and the samples even clicked together perfectly. So I would not be surprised if the manufacturer isn't the same.

Hopes this helps. Picking the flooring was without a doubt the most difficult decision I had to make during my renovation. I need window treatments, a real dining table instead of a folding plastic utility table I have used for the last year, more furniture , rugs, etc. and I haven't even touched the outside of the house so that will be another expensive adventure but I am happy with my flooring choice.

We had the Lifecore Bliss Oak in Light House color installed in our new build. We just moved in about 2 weeks ago, so I can’t speak to longevity. But so far, so good. We have a big dog, and so far I haven’t noticed any scratching. It does show the dusty footprints though.

We had Lifecore H2ome floors installed 1 year ago and saw splintering, delamination, and chips out of the floor within the first 6 months. We have a 55lb labradoodle and 3 small children but the areas of concern have been in low traffic areas. We are still in the process of filing now a SECOND claim with the manufacturer without success for resolution. I would advise to stay away from this product and find a company that will actually uphold the warranty they claim they have!

@camsrq We are considering floors from the Lifecore H2ome line. How are your floors holding up so far? Any complaints?

I am 80% satisfied with the H2ome flooring. I love the color, the look and the feel of the floor and it is holding up well except for one board that the top wood veneer separated from the base at one end. It was at the very end and about 1 and a half inch width, not the entire length of the end. My flooring company fixed it. They said they have not had this issue before with this product and it could be that the installer might have caused the separation if they hit the end of the board too hard when installing or it was just a glitch in the product. I also had something that looked like dried glue maybe that came up between 2 boards but I could scrape it off with my fingernail. The guy that came out to take care of the separated board didn't know what caused it. He said they would replace the board if I wanted as it is covered under warranty but it doesn't bother me enough to go through that hassle at this time. I have not had any other boards separate or have the dried glue issue. The floors do creak a bit in places since it is a click and lock floor and not glued down but I was expecting that to be the case. If I had to do it all over again and I was rich and could replace the floors in the future without concern for money, I would probably have gone with a glue down floor just because it would sound more solid and no creaking. But seeing as I am not rich and I plan to be in this house probably for the rest of my life or at least a long time and my taste may change, I am happy that I went with this wood flooring as it will be easy to change out. I definitely 100% prefer this flooring over a luxury vinyl product.

@countrygirl2323 Have you been happy with your LifeCore Bliss Oak floors? I am conisdering the Bliss Oak in Pale Splendor in the main living areas and also the kitchen. I'm just worried about our dogs scratching the floor and also damage to the floors from water in the kitchen. How have your floors held up?

@HU-842141939 I’ve been very happy with the LifeCore Bliss Oak floors so far. We’ve had them for about 10 months now, and they have held up great. I haven’t noticed any scracthes from the dog nails, and the only place I’ve noticed damage is where we’ve done soemthing stupid (dropped a knife in the kitchen and it hit blade down and someone drug soemthing across the floor in one spot). They’ve also held up well with the normal drips and spills in the kithcen around the sink and dishwasher.

Has anyone installed this product over a wood subfloor, using the glue down process? Just curious since we are installing on our 2nd floor and wondering if it will feel solid when glued onto a wood subfloor?

@camsrq any updates on your h2ome floors? I’m looking at them for my house. The floor store doesn’t seem to know much about them, and I can’t find any reviews online!

@camsrq I saw it, thank you! How do you think it’s holding up to water in the kitchen and entryway? I’ll be putting it in those areas too.

I wipe up spills fairly quickly in the kitchen so I haven't had a chance to see it "in action" but it should hold up fine to water which was a huge selling point as I was also afraid of kitchen spills. With grandkids running in from outside and the pool or slip and slide this summer it seems to do fine with water and spilled sippy cups, popsicles (and sometimes adult beverages :) ).

@camsrq this is so good to know, thank you! I have a pool so was wondering about that too. I’ve tested all kinds of drinks on my sample. I put coffee on it for 10 minutes and it wiped right off. I know LVP would be even more durable, but I like the look of this better...tough decision!

Hello everyone! For those of you that have LifeCore in your home, how are you liking it? I like that is says no formaldahyde and low VOC.

We put lifecore Anton Oak in our home 2 years ago, upgrading from the cheap builder grade that came with the house. We have no regrets, and was surprised to hear of any issues on here. We have rambunctious children under the age of 10 and a 5 year old german shepherd. We dont have a single visible scratch on the floor, and admire our floors every time we come home. We had it installed on over 2000ft of concrete slab.

The biggest endorsement I can give is that we are moving to our dream home and have ordered the same floors to be installed.

I am curious how everyone likes their LifeCore flooring now....We are looking at installing lifecore in our new build (on slab). Thanks.

We had Lifecore Reactive Wave Urban Oasis installed upstairs

over plywood. I will say that I wouldn’t choose it again. Other than some minor peeling of the urethane/wood from the edge of one board, we haven’t had too many issues. It does scratch moderately. the biggest issue is that it doesnt feel

like the sample. It doesnt have the warm feel of wood, but it is waterproof so I guess thats the trade off.

I am seriously considering purchasing Lifecore Amara Life Inspired. I love the look of the sample but wonder if it is difficult to clean. I cook often and expect there will be spills that I don't take care of immediately. Is there any way to effectively and easily clean this type of flooring in a busy kitchen?

Is this flooring difficult to clean? I have a busy kitchen with drips, food spills, sticky stuff, etc. I'm seriously looking at purchasing the Lifecore Amara Life Inspired product, but don't want to have to baby it to keep it clean.
