We are ready to redo our powder room and the adjacent laundry room and I wanted to get ideas from you all. I like a calm seaside / spa like style.

We will not be stripping everything out, but will certainly be painting.

In the bathroom we will definitely get a new toilet. The vanity is in decent shape but could be replaced. The light fixture, towel bar, and mirror can all go.

In the laundry room we could use better organization and I would love to pretty up or hide the furnace and hot water heater without compromising their functionality.
