Tall gate ideas?? Web sites??

Does anyone have ideas/websites on where I can find pretty iron (or wood) gates? I need it to be taller than normal, since it will be blocking the down and upstairs of our staircase from my adult disabled son. The gates will need to be 4 1/2 to 5 feet tall, and 40", more or less, wide. Any ideas?
