Comte de Chambord Rose cuttings??

Is anyone willing to send me cuttings of Comte de Chambord?? I had a couple that I lost last year (goats got into our garden and ate them to the roots) and it is my fiancé’s favorite rose. or if somebody knows where I can find one for cheap (because Heirloom is $45 and DA is $29, we found ours at Lowe’s as bareroots but have had NO luck at all)
