Callistemon viminalis. Botanists are currently trying to include them in the Melaleuca genus, but many authorities/herbaria/botanical gardens are resisting.

I did, at first, think of C. viminalis, but when I grew that in Aus, I don't remember the leaves being so very aromatic, & smelling like Teatree oil. That's what made me look at Melaleuca.

Mine smell of teatree oil, though not very strongly.
