The picture is not that clear, but I assume you are referring to overhead power feed.
To 'get rid' of these wires and still have power, your alternative is an underground feed.
That needs to be done by a contractor working in concert with the utility.
Unfortunately, the cost of this is not negligible. Actual cost would depend on distance from the power pole (how long the trench will need to be), obstacles in the way (is it all grass or the route involves a driveway, for example), your current electrical panel (can it accommodate an underground feed and is it approved for it by the utility) and so forth.
At any rate, however, you are looking at 'thousands'.
