Maybe she's having website problems like me and can't figure out how to get to this forum. I emailed them about the problems and never got a reply.

Thank you, ladies for thinking of me. My Geezer and I are in Indiana and we're freezing. Our oldest daughter is having her 60th birthday next week and we were already in northern GA enjoying a family week-end with our youngest daughter and her family so middle daughter from Indiana came down to drive us the rest of the way up as a birthday surprise. She's a member here so I didn't post anything just in case she would jump in a lurk around. Yes, she was surprised. The last few weeks seem to have been a whirlwind in our lives. I think the only sewing I've done this month was a couple of BOM blocks and finish up 4 pillowcases to bring with me........I'll need to get a move on when we get home. We aren't staying long but family and friends are lining up and making plans to see us. We arrived Sunday evening and have had 2 events already. I think tomorrow is open, which is a good thing as we need to recover. lol We are staying with our grandson and his family......which is a joy for me, and they plan to take us back to northern GA the end of next week then we should be home by the week-end.

So happy things are fine. Enjoy the time with your family. We will be waiting here for your posts. You were sorely missed.

In addition to the cold, I"m sure you are enjoying the snow here in Indiana. I went to the grocery store after work and the parking lot was a sheet of ice. I just pray the whole time I am walking on the ice....literally! Be careful!

Sharon, I guess I've missed something with all these website troubles - what's the story with the stitches?? Did you have a surgery?

Rita......sewing stitches. I can't see well enough to remove them. lol I think I brought a magnifying glass so I'll try and find it so see if that helps. Had lunch with my brother today. Hadn't seen him in over 2 years......hope to see my sister tomorrow. :-) 18 degrees this morning, snow covered yard but the roads are clear. Walking was treacherous but am being careful and the family is watching out for us.
