Pools & Spas Design Dilemma

Pool deck coating/paint for quick fix.

Looking for recommendations for older concrete pool deck spruce up. I will power wash it soon but am considering coating of epoxy or concrete paint as a short term fix. since I'm house poor at the moment. Is there any particular brand that stands out and can handle New England weather?

Kelley Technical Coatings has a patio line called Patio Tones. It's water based, applies easily, non-skid and has several color options. Reasonably priced.

Your welcome. Yes, we have used it before. The results are nice especially when the concrete was stained or very dirty. Properly clean the surface prior to applying-directions are on the can.
