It’s ordinary trim and doors. I would paint all white. The rooms do not look very bright, so do not use B.M. White Dove. B.M Super White in a semi-gloss will work well.

Thats up to you and what you want. If you want to leave the stained (and if you are usure right now, thats what I would do, because, it can all be painted later, if you decide to). If you really want white trim or another color trim, right now, then, paint it all. For whats already repainted, since it seems to be a small amount, use stripper and strip it off, and sand and restain it to match the rest, if you are wanting to keep the stained. Enjoy your new home.

I wouldn't paint the trim right now. I love the look of the wood floor with the wood trim your eating area (6th pic). Warm and inviting. The white trim with the wood floor (7th pic) doesn't look as good. Generic looking. It is a 70s home and the dark wood is classic for a 70s home. The trim was never meant to be bulky and fancy, I was meant to be sleek and organic. I personalty would strip the white and stain. I then would run the wood flooring in the rest of the home.
