Need help to design fireplace/TV area

I am looking for ideas on what to do with this empty space? I dont want to just hang a TV there and I can not remove these 2 walls. I want a modern/contemporary look, see attached photo of this space. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

PRO6 years agolast modified: 6 years agoIMO Besta from Ikea could make that a very nice TV display and storage I would not put a FP there but I guess seeing the whole space might make a difference. You can custom design with that system to get exactly what you need
