My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

non- returnable lights

I have not receive the light but noted item not returnable. Will seller replace a broken lights? Supposed the light is defective?

I am concern — non returnable noted after purchase; no mention on the Website.

    Thanks for reaching out! please connect with Customer support so they can find out where your item is. Replacements and parts do get sent if anything is broken or defective. We will look into the notices for non returnable that you mentioned.
