Over the last 3-5 years home building prices have sky rocketed, and that is no exaggeration, building products have increased as much as 30% or more. A very nice home, like the one in your picture can easily run $ 225 - 275 per square foot. Keep in mind the rest of this home has high end materials like reclaimed wood floors, antique rustic beams in the ceilings, stunning cabinetry throughout the home, stone exterior cladding and on and on.
