My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Before and After Wrought Iron Railing and Gates

This is my 1948 house. The original porch railing was wobbly and rusted so we had that one removed, and ordered a custom made one to replace it. The pictures begin with the original railing and the progress from that point to the end result. Now the front porch is entirely enclosed and has a gate on each side. Perhaps this will give an idea to someone that is interested in wrought iron. I have to admit this project was a big venture for us, but worth it in the end. Thank you.
