Repainted cabinets gray, new hardware/knobs for cabinet doors, painted walls, countertop resurfaced, new windows and a subway tile backsplash. The puppy was a new addition as well!

The painted cabinets really updates the entire kitchen.

Beautiful! Great job! I personally love the "wavy wood piece" over the sink. To me it brings it all together (and hides the light fixture)

What subway tile did you use?

davidpkaiser: I used 'Bright White' tile from Lowe's. Inexpensive and had a professional do it. Even purchased a roping tile strip to go along w/the subway tile just to add an extra touch. Color is also Bright White for the rope tile...
