My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thanks for your question. The louvers are custom made using pre-routed 2x wood frames available from Home Depot. The material is pressure-treated 1x with a wood stain. Be aware that FEMA has strict rules regarding design and construction for panels below base flood elevation.
