I think it's too wet. Are you keeping the water that collects in the bottom of the decorative planter dumped out?

it looks like pot in pot ... remove the outer pot .. so the inner pot can drain properly ...

my exwife brought an orchid into the house ... and after she left ... i watered it maybe 3 times in 3 years ... it bloomed a couple more times and then gave up the ghost ... how does that compare to your watering schedule... lol ... which i sum up by usually suggesting.. you are loving it to death ...

its rather stressed now ... i dont recommend stressing it more by repotting at this time ... nor by slathering on some cures for some bacteria .... just cut back on water ...

lets get a good growth point growing .. new fresh growth ... that will be the indication.. that we are on the right track.. though it might take weeks or a month for it to show such ...
