Hey everyone,
I have a question regarding placement of lights.
I recently bought a house and ended up opening the wall between the kitchen and the dining room. I built a knee wall where there will be 2 or 3 pendant lights hanging.

My question is should I continue the recessed lighting from the kitchen into the dining room? I feel like hanging too many lights will make the space feel cluttered. Should I do both recessed lighting and a chandelier? Just a chandelier lol? I’ll post a few photos below.
Any other tips or ideas about lighting would be greatly appreciated, considering this is my first time in this field.
