I see seams between the sections, which makes me believe that this vanity is a combination of ready-made cabinets and drawer units attached together and
installed wall-to-wall in the room. I did the same thing in our master bathroom some years ago, using “Kraftmade” cabinetry. Depending upon the sinks you choose, 24” or 30” sink cabinets and 12” 4-drawer units give each person their own storage below and separate matching mirrored medicine cabinets above each sink (our medicine cabinets are recessed in the wall, but wall-mounted will work, too).
