I had large floor to ceiling mirrors installed in my home gym. concrete basement wall, drywalled, then mirrors installed, braced on 10 inch floor trim
there are two chips- at the seams of 2 of the 4 panels- actually found the one chip- quarter-sized glass fragment on the floor.
One of the subs mentioned that they think there is something behind the mirror causing this.
The house's foundation has been well settled and there is no reason to think this is the case. Or is it?
Have you ever had a similar circumstance?
I tend to think someone/ a subcontractor hit the mirror and is covering their ass.
