First time grower

After receiving a “grow your own peppers in a can” from a relative for Christmas I decided to see if it would actualy grow. I started with 12 seeds all in the can on 1st of January, 1 seed germinated in 3-4 days which I put strait in a 4inch pot, I then put the rest of the seeds in wet tissue and the other 11 all germinated within 8 days of each other. I kept 6 and having had them in 4 inch pots for around a month they now sit in 9 inch pots instead on my windowsill, 4 of them were topped after thier 4th set of true leaves had grown.

Ive a few questions:

1. Do they look healthy?

2.Should I remove the first few flowers/buds? some plants have upto 20 little ones showing all over.

3. Does anyone know what this is?

4. Im using John innes no3 and wondering if and when I need to add fertiliser?

Any advice greatly appreciated, thanks!
