Brick Stoop Help/Opinions PLEASE!

Hey everyone! Need help deciding on front porch brick stoop layout I guess, not sure exactly what to call it. Style of the front of our home is Acadian. We will have wood french doors, grey windows, with a whitish stucco, and brick on the outside perimeter. Not doing columns, doing cypress beams. So for the stoop, I am not sure if I need to go a little more traditional/rustic and do curved or go with a little more straight lines and do a straight stoop? Let me know what you like please! Thanks in advance!

When I heard Acadian, I immediately thought Nawlins. The top house that is pictured seemed like a blend of modern farmhouse and Acadian, and the bottom seemed to have more Acadian characteristics. I am assuming that neither one is your new home.

Either of the pictures you show is a fine design, and neither would be improved by adding curved steps.

Thank you. Steps will stay straight. Just not quiet sure how to describe my question. I guess the outside of the steps being curved or straight. I looked it up and I thought it was called stoop but that was probably the incorrect term.

Thank you armchairshopper. Neither is my home. Just couldn’t find a picture of the steps anywhere except for those I used! :-). I will definitely check out the links you provided. Thank you for your help!!
