Witherspoon currently has bare root Double Delight on sale for $15. I know because I considered buying one, but it's too late for bare roots in my area.

I agree with Chris - it‘s a popular rose, so you might still be able to get one from a local nursery. Local nurseries usually get a bulk shipment of bare roots & pot them up for sale, so how established the roots will be depends on your zone & how recently they were potted.

Also, I don‘t know what the “shelter-in-place” situation is in your area, but just a note that some nurseries that are closed to foot traffic & browsing will still take phone or email orders for pick-up, if you give them a call. (Whether or not they are considered an “essential“ business depends on your area.)

Home Depot has Double Delight in body bags for $7.95, ours were looking a little frost nipped but they might be better in a warmer area.

Edmunds and Jung Seed both have DD but they will be bareroot.

Lowe’s or Home Depot should be fine. I bought mine (potted) from Lowe’s for 10$ two years ago. Mine is a very compact plant. I plant other roses two feet away from her and it seems they are ok with it.
