It sure looks like it....sorry. And yes, you need to dig and destroy infected bulbs. The virus is incurable, will always be present and can be easily transmitted to other lilies by insects.

Thank you! Fortunately it was in a pot, so the whole thing was emptied into the trash which is going out tomorrow. These days, I'm very familiar with the idea of quarantine and isolation to prevent spread of viruses. Fortunately it wasn't a lily that I valued highly. The other lilies look fine. I hope they haven't been infected.
