You will have to share your email address but the marketing emails are not too frequent or obnoxious. Find someone local. Costs of material won't vary that much but labor will be all over the board regionally. Costs also vary greatly by product selection. You could be anywhere from 300 a sq ft to 1000 a sq ft but almost impossible for anyone to tell you.

You might also want to do the math for tearing down the old house and building a new house. Sometimes the numbers are pretty close and you end up with a new house instead of a remodeled 70 year old house.
