Zero turn lawn mower

Hello all, I am looking for information on my troy-blt zero turn mustang mower, Kohler 25 hp.I purchased the mower used yet it had under 100 hours on it. It runs, mows and drives perfect yet when you clime a hill it literally smokes/burns the drive belt. I thought the belt was damaged so I replaced it with a new one yet the same problem exists. Any ideas, help would be greatly appreciated
