Outdoor decor design

I have a newly built pool that needs character. I'm looking for outdoor furniture ideas which will bring a chic warm romantic feel. Color scheme and furniture ideas are highly encourage. I will be adding a fire pit to the open area on the left side of the hot tub

We have no idea of the stlye of the house or your style. My suggestion is go online and check out outdoor furniture that you like. I am not sure where you are planning the fire pit exactly.. I would sure be looking at redoing that fence or covering it on your side if it is not yours , that is a real eyesore.

Thoughtful and unsolicited comments as always from one of our resident cranky pros. 🙄

Your pool is absolutely gorgeous, and how nice it will be to spend time there this summer! Can you take a few photos showing how the pool relates to the rest of your house? You already have an excellent start to the landscaping with those lovely palms, and I don't think you need a lot to more fully convey a nice tropical feel. Where do you envision placing furniture for the way you will use the space?

Thank you @IdaClaire. Here are a few more photos. The house is 4800 square feet to give you some reference of the size. The palm in the green pot is 7 feet tall and the pot is about the size of a semi truck tire. We are not done with landscaping. We plan to add another palm and some color with flowers/plants. I have a landscape artist working on that design. I would like the furniture and firepit to be place in the area circled in red. I have 4 chaise lounge chairs for the area circled in blue. Any suggestions?

Just a thought, but it might be better to have the dining/fire pit furniture closer to the house and the cooking/bbq facilities and the chaises in the area above the pool. A portable fire pit will give you the option of moving it, if you don't like where you put it initially.

For sure the landscaping effort will add a lot to the appreciation of the pool area...and a spray painting of the fence will bring that up from the the more rustic look it has now...it also looks like a shade element attatched to the house coming toward the, pool will also make all your outdoor efforts more useable more hours in the day ...the furniture for dining ...hopefully in a shaded area ...should be a size that will accommodate your needs...whether you will entertain a lot or plan to mainly use this for family time...the style is important but most important are that they are as light weight as possible for easy arranging when needed..and really comfortable cushions ...it is a good idea to create a handy place to easily store cushions..especially the ones that are in the direct sun all the time....so far this is more practical advice...not knowing what aesthetic you like....but in comparison to the size of your house the pool and patio area are on the small side thus the easy to move advice ...another possibility to accommodate more people and guests is select pieces that can be pushed together to create a sectional type of seating or benches at the edges of the patio....where padded cushions could be added
