My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Stunning Design! Where do the homeowners enter on the deck? I don't see anywhere where stairs would be from the ground up?

    Great question, Prestige Kitchen & Bath! This is built over a garage (not attached to the home), so the garage is underneath this deck, essentially the lower level, and the stairs are on the exterior of that garage. They come from the backyard-side of the home, up the left side of this photo. So, you enter just out of view of this photo on the back left, if you will, of this photo.
